Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

The areas concerned by shipping is the European Union, Switzerland and Norway.

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 working days (for France, Monaco and Andorra) and until 10 days (for other countries) after receipt of payment and are shipped via three possible ways:

- La Poste Lettre Prioritaire: 72h (<3kg ) for France, Monaco and Andorra and within 5 days for other countries (<2kg)

- La Poste Lettre Recommandée: 48h (<3kg) for France, Monaco and Andorra and within 4 days for other countries (<2kg): includes the follow-up to your order.

- Suivi Colissimo: 48h for France, Monaco and Andorra and form 1 to 4 days for other countries: includes the follow-up to your order.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Orders are shipped to the address indicated in the order form. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk from the moment when products left Murs d'Afrique. In case of damage during the transport, the buyer must formulate a protest to the carrier within three days as from the delivery. The delivery deadlines are given only as a rough guide; if these overtake thirty days as from the order, the sale contract can be cancelled and buyer can be paid off.

 

Delivery costs

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipping is free for an order's amount over 120 euros or an order's weight over 3kg.

- from 0 to 99g : 3,50 euros

- from 100g to 249g: 4,50 euros

- from 250g to 499g : 5,50 euros

- from 500g to 999g : 6,50 euros

- from 1kg to 1,99kg : 7,50 euros

- from 2kg to 2,99kg: 8,50 euros

- from 0 to 99g : 5,50 euros

- from 100g to 249g: 6,50 euros

- from 250g to 499g : 7,50 euros

- from 500g to 999g : 8,50 euros

- from 1kg to 1,99kg : 9,50 euros

- from 2kg to 2,99kg: 10,50 euros

- from 0 to 499g : 8,50 euros

- from 500g to 999g : 9,50 euros

- from 1kg to 1,99kg : 10,50 euros

- from 2kg to 2,99kg : 11,50 euros

- 3kg and more : free shipping

Follow-up to your order

Once the order is validated by the buyer, this one receives a first e-mail indicating that his order is being prepared, then a second one informing him that his order was sent.

 

Cooling-off period and returns

The customer has a cooling-off period of 7 working days as from the delivery of their order to make return of the product for an exchange or a refund without any penalty, except the expenses of return. These last ones are refundable only in case of error of delivery of Murs d'Afrique. According Tthe terms and conditions of use only items returned with their original packing will be accepted. Consequently returns of washed or damaged products will be refused.

The buyer has to :

1) save his return his Account: "Your Account" > "Order History"> Select an order> in the block "Merchandise Return" give an explanation for the return> Click on Make a RMA slip

Returns are possible only for order's status "Delivered"

2) return the merchandise to the following addres:

You must join a photocopy of your invoice. An answer will be given to you by e-mail within 72 hours. If there is a refund, it will happen within 30 days.
